From Nigeria to the USA and Germany

Born and raised in Nigeria, Vitalis Nujimem later moved to the US to pursue his bachelor's and master's degree. For his studies, he needed a stay abroad and it soon became clear to him that he wanted to come to Germany. By receiving the UAS7 scholarship, Vitalis was then given the opportunity to study in Germany at the Berlin School of Economics and Law. In the following Interview he reports about his experiences and his future plans to settle down in Germany.

Her international life started at sixteen when she moved from China to the United States to complete her high school education. Her motivation was to improve her English and to see if she would like to live in America for a longer period of time.

“The Study & Internship Program was what really solidified my desire to become an entrepreneur. I interned for a small start-up tech company in Berlin, so I got to know the joys and pains of trying to build something with creative ideas. Because of the smaller team dynamics, I had a lot more input and contribution to the whole process, but also a lot more responsibility to back ideas with hard work.”
