Meet Carolina and Morgana, the new team members of UAS7. For the first time, we will be working with two interns simultaneously - Carolina operating in the USA and Morgana in Brazil. Their mother tongue is one of the things that enhance their connection - find out more about their background.

By October 1, we welcome applications to our Study and Internship Programs starting in spring 2023 from students currently enrolled at universities in the U.S. and Canada or at our partner institutions in Brazil; UNISINOS and PUCRS. All applicants will automatically be considered for a 1,000 EUR travel grant.

UAS7 is pleased to support the newly established DWIH - German Center for Research and Innovation - in San Francisco. On the occasion of the official opening ceremony, Patrizia Nobbe, Executive Director of UAS7 New York, sends our warmest wishes to our colleagues at the West Coast. „A match made in heaven“, this is how Prof. Dr. Sonja Klose from HWR Berlin kicked off her virtual collaboration, a Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) project, with her counterpart Prof. Daniel Korschun from Drexel University in the US. 70 students from both universities came together for a joint virtual project.

We recently had a chance to present at the fabulous IVEC Conference hosted by our partner Drexel University and East Carolina University. The topic was the UAS7 Virtual Academy, which is the virtual pillar among UAS7's internationalization instruments.

The last two years changed the world and with it changed the parameters of applied sciences. At a hybrid University-Industry talk, sponsored by the Otto and Fran Walter Foundation, academic, business and industry leaders from three continents shared their ideas on university-industry relations and Innovation Powered by Applied Sciences.
