Porto Alegre is the capital of Rio Grande do Sul, a state in Brazil’s south region, where the campus of two partners of UAS7 are located: Unisinos and PUCRS.

No mês de maio, a 8ª Jornada Internacional de Enfermagem, o 6º Seminário em Saúde Materno-Infantil e o 6º Simpósio de Enfermagem Brasil-Alemanha foram realizados na Universidade Franciscana (UFN), parceira da UAS7.

O Centro Alemão de Ciência e Inovação (DWIH) São Paulo realizou seu primeiro workshop interno – uma oportunidade para reunir os cooperadores da instituição (que também inclui UAS7 ) e discutir os resultados do trabalho já realizado e as perspectivas para o futuro.

By October 1, we welcome applications to our Study and Internship Programs starting in spring 2023 from students currently enrolled at universities in the U.S. and Canada or at our partner institutions in Brazil; UNISINOS and PUCRS. All applicants will automatically be considered for a 1,000 EUR travel grant.

Due to the corona pandemic, not only in Germany has the university system predominantly gone virtual, universities have significantly expanded their digital teaching and learning offerings. This increase in digitalization is also to be anchored in international university cooperation projects. To this end, the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) will fund the joint project "UAS7 Virtual Academy" led by Bremen City University of Applied Sciences. The total grant amount is 250,000 euros.
