Due to the corona pandemic, not only in Germany has the university system predominantly gone virtual, universities have significantly expanded their digital teaching and learning offerings. This increase in digitalization is also to be anchored in international university cooperation projects. To this end, the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) will fund the joint project "UAS7 Virtual Academy" led by Bremen City University of Applied Sciences. The total grant amount is 250,000 euros.

An “International student week for entrepreneurship” took place from Nov 11th to Nov 14th in São Leopoldo (RS). Coordinated by UNISINOS, Tecnosinos, FH Münster and UAS7.

Yet again, about 100 undergraduate and graduate students, young professionals, career service advisors and anyone interested in studies abroad joined UAS7, the German university liaison offices and other relevant institutions last Friday, March 29, for our annual Germany Grad Fair at the German House.

On Thursday, April 28, 2016, the UAS7 New York Office hosted a panel discussion on the topic of "Bridging the U.S. Skills Gap - A Transatlantic Discussion on Vocational Training and Best Practices" in cooperation with the German Consulate New York.
