Am 20. Oktober 2023 hat das diesjährigen "Future Forum" in New York stattgefunden. Das Future Forum ist eine Veranstaltung, die führende Köpfe aus Wissenschaft, Forschung und Wirtschaft aus Deutschland und den USA zusammenbringt, um sich auszutauschen und Innovationen zu diskutieren.

On Oct. 27, the New York based German university liaison offices hosted the fourth virtual Germany Grad Fair for North American (and beyond) undergraduate and graduate students interested in graduate studies in Germany.

Am 27. und 28. Oktober nehmen Studierende der Vertieferrichtung Verkehrswesen des Fachbereichs Bauingenieurwesen der FH Münster an der Tagung „Fresno International Transportation Innovations Summit PEDAL 2023“ in Fresno, USA teil.

This Fall, the North America office of UAS7 presented at different career fairs across the United States. We want to share with you some of the highlights of our broad participation. 

UAS7 went to Boston for the German American International Network conference on August 25-27, 2023. GAIN is a network of the German Research Foundation (DFG), the DAAD, and the AvH Foundation. The GAIN conference supports transatlantic mobility of early career researchers, attracting German, US, and international researchers from MIT, Harvard, Boston University, and regional research institutes, interested in German career paths and collaborations.

The last two years changed the world and with it changed the parameters of applied sciences. At a hybrid University-Industry talk, sponsored by the Otto and Fran Walter Foundation, academic, business and industry leaders from three continents shared their ideas on university-industry relations and Innovation Powered by Applied Sciences.

Zum zehnten Mal war UAS7 zu Gast bei der jährlichen Tagung des „German Academic International Network“ (GAIN) und warb dort für Karrierewege an Hochschulen für Angewandte Wissenschaften (HAW).  Die GAIN, die größte Messe für wissenschaftliche Karrieren in Deutschland außerhalb Europas,  fand bisher immer jährlich wechselnd an der US-amerikanischen Ostküste in Boston und an der Westküste in San Francisco statt.  2021 präsentierte sich die GAIN aus aktuellem Anlass bereits zum zweiten Mal in virtueller Form.
