(Remote) Computer Graphics, Deep Learning and Computer Vision - Artificial Intelligence based reconstructive procedures for environment modelling
University
HM Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences
Fields
Computer Science
Remote Internship
Duration
tbd - This project ends in October 2022, an internship in spring 2022 may still be possible
Deadline
February 15 for fall internship
October 1 for spring internship
Remote/Virtual participation is an option.
Supervisor
Markus Miller
Project description
Creation of an artificial intelligence to determine the lighting situation of real scenes. The lighting situation then can be used in augmented or virtual realities to adjust the virtual lighting condition to the real lighting condition, so virtual objects can be rendered more realistic and therefore increase the immersion of the artificial environment.
Tasks
Support the research by trying out or evaluating different approaches
Provide assistance in the training data generation process
