We're Launching: UAS7 Startup Connect! A New Chapter for Transatlantic Innovation 🚀

After an extensive test phase and refinement, we’re excited to officially launch UAS7 Startup Connect—a program designed to strengthen the bridge between the German and North American startup and research ecosystems.
At UAS7 – German Universities of Applied Sciences, we believe that strong, diverse international networks are essential for sparking innovation and creating meaningful, long-term transatlantic impact. Our new initiative centers on one of the most powerful drivers of connection and change: our alumni.
Why alumni? Because they bring experience, credibility, and a global perspective into every conversation—especially when innovation is on the table. From launching new ventures to mentoring rising founders, from building cross-border research partnerships to connecting ecosystems, alumni are natural catalysts.
What is UAS7 Startup Connect?
UAS7 Startup Connect is a platform for alumni of UAS7 exchange and degree programs to reconnect, contribute to, and collaborate with German startups in their field. Whether you're based in San Francisco, New York, Wichita or Montréal, or already in Munich or Berlin—this is your opportunity to engage with like-minded professionals shaping the future of entrepreneurship, applied research and the innovation landscape.
The program has been quietly evolving through a long and intentional pilot phase. Now, with momentum building and a slowly progressing implementation, we’re thrilled to extend a warm invitation to the broader UAS7 alumni community. We will be in touch!
📣 Who Should Join?
It’s pretty straightforward: if you are a North American alumnus of a UAS7 exchange or degree program…then UAS7 Startup Connect is for you. (German alumni—yes, you are warmly welcome to reach out, too!)
How it works:
Once you signed up through the link below, we will match you with eligible early-stage startups across the UAS7 startup incubators and entrepreneurship centers.
