Annual New Year's Reception 2023

Consul General David Gill warmly welcomed UAS7 friends, alumni, and other German universities to the annual New Year's Reception held on February 9th, 2023 at the Consul's residence. This event was a perfect occasion to connect, network and celebrate the new year in style. As always, the gathering was buzzing with excitement and provided a fantastic opportunity for UAS7 alumni in the greater New York area to reconnect and form new connections. It was truly an unforgettable experience that left everyone with a sense of renewed energy and enthusiasm for the new year!

The program began with welcoming remarks by Consul General David Gill, followed by musical performances by the talented Martina Barta and Joe Block. The event provided a great opportunity to bring students and friends together, expand their network, and connect alumni from different backgrounds who share common experiences and interests in Germany.

Patrizia Nobbe, Executive Director of the UAS7 Liaison Office, personally invited UAS7 alumni from the New York area. The representatives of the New York liaison offices considered the joint alumni events a success, as they provided a platform for long-term discussions among alumni from a wide variety of disciplines, professions, and age groups.

The UAS7 Liaison Office New York expresses its gratitude to all colleagues, guests, and especially Consul General David Gill for making this special evening possible.
