STUDY & INTERNSHIP PROGRAM (SIP):

APPLICATION PROCESS AND DEADLINE

 

Although some components of the Study & Internship Program (SIP) application process overlap with those of the Internship Program (IP) and Study Program (SP), SIP applicants should refer exclusively to these directions.

 

The received-by deadline is February 15, 2017. We accept some materials as email attachments. See below for details.

 

Although SP and IP applicants may also apply in the October round, SIP applications are only accepted in the February round.

If sent by email, the Statement of Support Form must be sent by the study abroad officer as a scanned pdf attachment from his/her official university email account.

 

If sent by email, the Language Evaluation Form must be sent by the language instructor as a scanned pdf attachment from his/her official university email account.

 

If sent by email, letter of recommendation must be sent by issuing professor as a scanned pdf attachment of a signed letter on university letterhead from his/her official university email account. For reasons of confidentiality, emailed recommendation should not be cc'd to the applicant.

Must be received in an envelope sealed by the Registrar. Transcripts that are no longer in the envelope provided by the Registrar are not official.

Students from non-partner institutions must submit an official paper transcript, which must arrive by the Feb. 15 deadline.
