Thank you for your interest in CDS International’s USA Internship Program (USAIP) partnership with UAS7 German Universities of Applied Sciences. This program provides an exciting opportunity to gain practical experience in your field of study, improve your English language skills, and experience American culture firsthand.

CDS International, Inc. (CDS) provides accepted participants with quality internship placements and visa sponsorship in the United States. Before completing the application, please review the USAIP Program Overview, as it provides detailed information about all aspects of your university program and the application process. To complete the application process, please complete the forms:

1. CDS Application and Participant Agreement (signature required)
2. Statement of Insurance Coverage form (signature required)
3. Internship Request form (signature required)
4. Skills Assessment Questionnaire

In addition to completing these forms, please submit the following documents:

5. American-style résumé (sample available)
6. University transcripts or other verification of your enrollment at a UAS7 member
university
7. Copy of passport page showing your name, photo, passport number, and expiration date
8. Copy of any previous visas to the U.S.
9. Letter from faculty describing departmental requirements for student internships (optional; if your academic department has specific internship requirements)

Please note that your résumé and portions of your skills assessment may be sent to companies on your behalf. It is therefore in your best interest to submit a professional and well-written application.
